If you don´t want to finish the process of buying at this time and prefer to think about it first, lamieleria.com lets you save your order, along with the personalized features that you choosed, so you can buy it later. Obviously you will need to be logged in for that. So next time that you log into your account you will be able to see that the products will be at the trolley ready to buy.

Is there a minimum order?

No, at lamieleria.com you can order any product that you want, independently from the final price, but for those orders that the total value will be below 30€, there will be a charge of 3€.

How do I know how is my order?

If you log in into your account, there is a section that says “View my orders” in which your order may indicate:

  • New order: Waiting to be processed.
  • Order on hold: Awaiting bank transfer.
  • Order being processed: The customer will have to wait until production is completed.
  • Order on its way: Shipping in 24h by a transport agency. At the time the order leaves our store, you will receive an e-mail to your account, telling you the tracking number.

I can´t find what I´m looking for. Can I make a personalized order?

Got something on your head and cannot find it in our range of products? Don´t worry, it´s normal. We have tried to limitate our range of products so we don´t make our clients confused, but we are open to all type of indecent propositions: tell us what you are looking for by e-mail at info@lamieleria.com. And in a few days we will contact you to give you a quote.

I want to give a gift to someone, how can I do it?

It is very easy with our “send anywhere” option.

Make the normal process. When validating the shipping address you can modify where to send the order, so you can receive the bill to your address and the gift to the address indicated.

Also, if you wish, you can choose the text for the gift card that we will send with the gift.

To receive an order outside of mainland Spain, you will need to check the price.

How long does it take to get my order?

lamieleria.com promises to deliver orders within less than 3 working days** after receiving payment.

In case of delay for reasons beyond our control, lamieleria.com would not be held responsible.

What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice and will contact you to arrange a new delivery time.
