This thorny shrub, typical of riverbanks, woodland clearings and mountainous areas across our landscape, flowers abundantly during the summer months. As a raw honey, cold-extracted using traditional methods and without industrial microfiltration, it preserves all its natural properties, genuine pollen and the biological freshness of the hive.

• Storage: Keep at room temperature in a cool, dry place, fully protected from direct sunlight.
• Texture Evolution: Due to its high purity, honey may crystallise or settle when temperatures drop. If a more liquid texture is preferred, gently warm the jar in a bain-marie (not exceeding 40 °C). This natural physical change does not affect its organoleptic or nutritional qualities.
