Our Blackberry Honey is an exceptional monofloral variety of wild origin, obtained from the nectar of blackberry blossoms (Rubus fruticosus). This thorny shrub, typical of riverbanks, woodland clearings and mountainous areas across our landscape, flowers abundantly during the summer months. As a raw honey, cold-extracted using traditional methods and without industrial microfiltration, it preserves all its natural properties, genuine pollen and the biological freshness of the hive.

• Storage: Keep at room temperature in a cool, dry place, fully protected from direct sunlight.
• Texture Evolution: Due to its high purity, honey may crystallise or settle when temperatures drop. If a more liquid texture is preferred, gently warm the jar in a bain-marie (not exceeding 40 °C). This natural physical change does not affect its organoleptic or nutritional qualities.
