It does not come from floral nectar, but from the rich honeydews that our bees collect at the end of summer in the majestic pine forests of the mountains. Storage Temperature: Keep preferably in a cool place between 15 °C and 25 °C (do not exceed 27 °C to avoid degradation of its natural sugars).
Humidity and Sealing: Always store in its original glass container, tightly sealed after each use. Ambient relative humidity must be below 60% to prevent surface alterations.
Light Protection: Store in a pantry or dark place, minimising exposure to direct sunlight and UV light to avoid oxidation of its natural compounds.
Hygienic Handling: Always use clean, completely dry wooden, glass or metal utensils when serving the product.

Natural Crystallisation: Due to its high fructose content and low glucose percentage, this honeydew crystallises extremely slowly and may remain liquid for long periods. Any change in texture or settling is a natural physical process of raw honey and does not affect its quality in any way.
