Characteristics of Eucalyptus Honey:

• Colour: Light amber, with darker tones depending on the natural presence of other wild blossoms such as heather.
• Aroma: Very intense, balsamic and persistent, with characteristic notes reminiscent of noble wood.
• Taste: Balanced sweetness with subtle acidic notes. It has a high retronasal intensity that prolongs the tasting experience.
• Crystallisation: Medium tendency, forming fine crystals that give it a pleasant texture.
• Origin: Mainly harvested during the summer in Extremadura and the coastal areas of the Mediterranean and the Cantabrian Sea.

• Storage: Keep at room temperature in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight.
